PRIME LOCATION We’re right in the heart of Hochatown, just minutes from Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, local dining, and family adventures. When you stay at the Lazy Lariat, you’re close to the action but with all the privacy of your own western escape. Pool Season & Heating Policy Our private pool is open from mid-April through October, when sunny days and warm air temperatures make swimming naturally inviting. During the shoulder seasons—March to mid-April and October to mid-November—you may request pool heating for $50 per day to maintain a comfortable water temperature. POOL CLOSURE PERIOD To protect the pool during the coldest part of the year, the pool is typically closed from early December through late February. However, because occasional freeze events can occur outside this window, we retain some flexibility to adjust opening or closing dates slightly based on weather conditions. Thank you for understanding—this approach helps ensure both guest comfort and proper care of the pool facilities. Seasonal Breakdown: Mid-Apr – Oct 55–90 °F (daytime warm); Open — typically no heating needed, but available upon request ($50/day) Mar–Mid Apr & Mid Nov–Nov ~40–60 °F; Open — heating available on request ($50/day) Early Dec – Early Feb~34 °F (lows), occasional freeze; Closed — pool not available due to cold and freeze risk Flexible Freeze Buffer: Dates may shift slightly due to weather patterns, so please plan accordingly for November and March bookings PET POLICY Allowed Pets: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (cats by request). Fee Structure: $30 per pet per night, non-refundable. House Rules for Pets: Pets must not be on furniture (beds, sofas, etc.). Please crate or confine pets when left unattended. 📸 For safety and maintenance, we have two exterior security cameras—one near the front door and one near the pool.
